What is Iterated Fitness?

For over 15 years, I’ve coached individuals of all ages and fitness levels, across the U.S. and internationally. My own journey into fitness began out of necessity. When diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I leaned into fitness and nutrition — learning, experimenting, and rebuilding myself from the inside out. What began as a personal challenge became a lifelong commitment to strength, clarity, and purpose.

As a Personal Fitness Coach — and a teacher at heart — I guide people in restoring mobility, building strength, and developing habits that support long-term health and vitality. I’ve developed three coaching paths, or “Blueprints”, designed to help individuals create meaningful, lasting change. Each one offers a clear, strategic approach to fitness, rooted in experience and backed by real results. In a world flooded with half-truths and quick fixes, my goal is to help you cut through the noise and find a path that truly works for you.
